Shipping Policies?

Paper Pep is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays, to ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time; we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.

All Orders Booked on Weekdays are shipped within 24-48 hours.

All Orders Booked on Weekends are shipped on Monday.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most of the orders are delivered within 4 to 5 working days.

Bulky and Hazardous Products cannot be shipped by Air and will be sent by Surface Transport (Spot on Cargo Service) which will have a transit time of 7-8 days depending on the location.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

We require complete address with phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number.

We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

What if I received the product in damaged condition?

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

What if the product I ordered is Out of Stock?

All efforts will be made that your orders are supplied in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that you can choose another product if you wish.

If the substitution is not possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in excess, we will refund the amount to your account.
